In the market for a new bike due to mine being totalled and John my sales rep was very empathetic to not pushing and waiting until I was healed up and could test ride bike safely. He was very informative, obviously a true rider himself so helped in answering my questions and did not try to oversell but get me into just what I needed. Went to the new 2024 Road Glide after many years of being a batwing guy and am very happy with the final decision and help from John and supporting staff. Gene
