Jon did an awesome job getting everything together for my bike purchase. Unfortunately I have been having electrical problems since leaving the dealership yesterday. I was also sent with just one fob that doesn't seem to be working. Thanks to Jon - he was quick to arrange for me to get another fob. And the bike won't start today. Not sure if it's a dead battery or what. Just seems that I shouldn't have to worry about a 22k 2021 bike with only 2k miles. (Employee: Jon Albitre)
