I have never walked into any type of Automotive business where you're greeted and the folkd t the front desk know your name. Phil and Jaden from sales were great with regards to my new bike. I believe John? was also helpful selling my old bike. Lee and JP in service are exceptional. Your sales staff in parts are highly knowledgeable and always seem to know what will fit and wht will look great. The bad news from this dealers point of view is that this will probably be my last bike and though I've never met the owner ,he has a shop and staff to be proud of. Of all the Harleys shops in the area I'd send all my soldiers there first if they were buying a new Harley
