I purchased a 2013 Street Glide as-is. I took it on a short test ride and didn't notice any problems. I found a couple of serious problems within a week and took the bike back to have it looked at. The tech found the another serious issue on his test ride. I sent Ed an email outlining the problems and asked him what he thought was fair. Within two hours Mike, the service manager called and said that they would repair all the issues on their nickel. Then they rushed the bike through service and I had it back in a couple of days. I don't see how they could have handled this any better! I was not surprised by their response. I have been going to Destination for years and they have always met my highest expectations.
