I purchased this bike over the phone and Customized it with Cooper. Both Julie and Cooper were very responsive to all my inquires, with Cooper making several additional suggestions that would compliment my build better than what I had originally planned. While I havent seen my bike as of yet in person, Julie has sent me multiple pictures of my bike and kept me informed as to when my bike will be completed. The only issue I have had and its a minor on was being contacted by the finance department regarding the extended warranties (to the tune of $8,000.00) after I had already paid in cash for my bike. It was an awkward phone call. Finance handled the situation professionally and I did end up purchasing some extended warranty items. Nonetheless I would have preferred to have had this conversation at the POS not two weeks after I paid for the bike. (Employee: Julie Packer, Cooper Moore)
