Would have been a five star rating because it took 6 days to replace a tire. I understand that this time of year that you folks are super busy. Would be nice to have a time set aside for emergency service I.e. replacing a battery, tire, etc. I was scheduled for August 31st to replace my tire, think about that, almost 4 weeks to wait to replace a tire. Having said that, Mike Wiler stepped up to the plate. He got me a lift way sooner than the scheduled August 31. Service was excellent, bike washed and have a brand new tire.
