Recently had my points added to my rewards that were missing from a large purchase without any issues. She is a great help. I don't understand though why rewards for Tacoma can't be used at Silverdale and vice-versa. I could have saved on sales tax. I think IT folks need to figure out how to get sister store on same rewards system. (Employee: Gabi Carmona)
