I have to commend Destination, Nikki and her staff John and Julie. I got my softail Deluxe from them and the process was non pressured. I have been in and out for a month and a half trying to find the right bike and I did, and it was worth the wait. They kept me updated on inventory and Tatiana was awesome with the paperwork. Even though I paid in cash, the process was clean, fast and efficient. I know I made the right decision, and the team you have is top notch and they listened to me. I really dont have enough nice things to say about them other than it was perfect and unexpected. I ordered some parts and the parts people are just as amazing. Ill be spending a lot of time in the store and the fact they all remembered my name two weeks after buying the bike, made me realize how good they all are at their jobs. Im very appreciative of their professionalism, kindness, and patience they showed me.
