Good sales experience. Service is lacking.
Not sure if youre under staffed in the service department but Im having a hard time even getting in touch with someone. Ive tried going through your website and calling. Riding there just to schedule a maintenance appt would incredibly inconvenient. Ive even texted my salesman and at least he responds but the end result is still the same. No service appointment.
