I return a shirt on the weekend and they said that Tara would have to be the one to authorize the return, so I left the shirt and expected a call on Tuesday. A week later I called and she refunded the money, but I shouldnt have had to call. Also, how can the manager in charge on a weekend make deals for $40,000 motorcycles, but not be able to make the call on returning a $75 shirt?
